Replace the illustrative rows
The workbook includes two clearly labeled examples showing the same cigar in separate lots and locations.

Keep each acquisition distinct
Use a new Lot ID for every purchase, gift, or trade so price, date, source, and aging history do not get blended together.

Update counts and locations
Set a depleted lot to zero to preserve its history. Split a row when part of a lot moves to another humidor.

Leave unknown facts blank
Do not invent purchase dates, prices, wrappers, or other details. Add useful uncertainty in Notes.
